2. Data Protection
AMJ ITC, in compliance with the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and the RGPD, ensures the correct use and processing of personal data of those who browse this website.
To do this, along with each form of collection of personal data, in the services that each user may request AMJ ITC, will inform the person of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions of the processing of their data in each case, informing the responsibility of the file created, the address of the person responsible, the possibility of exercising their rights, the purpose of processing and data communications to third parties where appropriate.

7. Processing activity and purpose
AMJ ITC collects information from each client/supplier/etc. for the provision of our international tax consulting services.
Categories of data accessed through this website:
- Identification data: (Name, surname, email, telephone, company name, etc.).
- Data transfers of the data controller:
AMJ ITC informs web users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties or organizations except when the transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of the service implies the need for a contractual relationship with service providers in charge of the treatment. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party will only be carried out when AMJ ITC has the express consent of the user and maintains a contractual relationship with the data processor to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
