Tax reforms, capacity building and adaptation to new international standards

One of the sectors where Professor Adolfo Martín Jiménez brings his experience to AMJ ITC is in consulting to governments and tax administrations or multinational groups in the adaptation to the new tax standards developed by different international organizations, particularly, but not exclusively, by the OECD.

Professor Martín Jiménez has consolidated experience in:

  • Consulting in tax reforms of different States, adapting international standards to the reality of the different countries and capacity building.
  • The design of tax policies or strategies adapted to the trends in international taxation (including Pillars 1 and 2 of the OECD/G-20 Inclusive Framework).
  • The incorporation of OECD (or UN) standards into national legislation and double tax treaty networks.
  • The impact of international tax developments on multinational groups and the mitigation of reputational risks.
